Rivers are unique lifelines that should always be protected. Today, there is a new threat against rivers; the forests on river banks from Alaska to Florida are being carelessly denuded by loggers and landowners. Donald John Trump overturned President Obama’s executive order that protected the watershed of rivers. Trump extended the property lines of landowners to the middle of rivers; this bad decision has denied many people access to rivers and has caused the widespread destruction of trees that protected the river banks.
Certain TV programs have tried to glamorize out-of-control loggers who have carelessly cut down trees. In one TV program, it showed thousands of logs being floated down an Alaskan river by loggers. None of those trees should have ever been cut down. Subversive politicians in the Federal Government have aided and abetted people who are carelessly destroying the environment.

It is urgent that the “Obama Law” that protected the watershed of rivers is “reinstated”. Corrupted politicians are making stupid mistakes that are irreparably damaging the environment. Rivers belong to everybody and are not the exclusive property of possessive landowners, careless loggers and government bureaucrats.
